1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StellarFlux's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

StellarFlux provides lead generation and online advertising services to businesses. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Social media advertising
• Search engine marketing
• Campaign analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered to clients:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who has:

• Shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Provided accurate contact information
• Met your specified targeting criteria
• Engaged meaningfully with your advertising content

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Defining clear target audience criteria
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing feedback on lead quality

6. Campaign Performance

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes. Campaign performance depends on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client follow-up practices.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to StellarFlux services remain our property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

StellarFlux's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

All advertising campaigns comply with:

• Platform-specific advertising policies
• Federal Trade Commission guidelines
• CAN-SPAM Act requirements
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
